3.1 Environment Agency – Creating new Internal Drainage Boards (see attached)
Talk to be given by Duncan Stuart.
3.2 HM The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee 2012 It is hoped a committee can be formed to celebrate this historic event. All interested parties please attend this meeting with a view to progress.

4.2 To discuss contributing to Westward Halls for refurbishment expenses.
